At Track My Ride, we have different plans to suit your needs. Your plan determines which features you can access in your account.
The best part? Our plans are simple and flexible:
- Pay monthly or yearly
- No lock-in contracts
- No need to buy SIM cards – data is included and works across Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone networks
- Tech support included with every plan
Your tracking data is securely stored on our servers in Sydney, Australia.
How much does the service cost?

Your cost depends on how many vehicles you want to track.
What's included in each plan?

Am I locked into a long contract?
No! There are no lock-in contracts. You can choose to pay monthly or annually – whatever suits you best.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel anytime. We don't believe in trapping customers in contracts.
However, we don't offer refunds for cancellations partway through a billing period. If you cancel, you can keep using your service until your current billing period ends.
Should I pay annually or monthly?
We offer both options:
Annual payment:
- You'll pay less over 12 months compared to paying monthly
- Great for long-term customers who want to save money
Monthly payment:
- More flexibility
- Pay as you go
You can switch from monthly to annual anytime in your account's billing section.
