How much does Track My Ride cost?
We offer GPS tracking for both phones and vehicles, with different plans to suit your needs:
- Lite Plan – Perfect for individuals who want to protect their personal vehicle from theft
- Fleet Metrics Plan – Designed for businesses wanting to improve vehicle efficiency and driver safety

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel whenever you like, and your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. Please note we don't provide refunds for partial months.
Do you have any discounts or special offers?
Yes! All new customers get their first month free on the Fleet Metrics Plan, no matter how many vehicles you're tracking. It's our way of saying welcome!
Can I pay annually instead of monthly?
Absolutely. Annual payment saves you money compared to paying monthly. You can switch from monthly to annual billing anytime through your account's billing section.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Direct debit from Australian bank accounts
Sorry, we don't accept cash payments.
Can I pick up my GPS tracker in person?
Yes! You're welcome to collect your order from our office Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Please allow our team 10 minutes to prepare your order after you arrive.
