Issues resetting your Track My Ride account password

Can't reset your Track My Ride password? Follow these simple steps to get back into your account.

Common issues and solutions

1. Are you on the right website or app?

Make sure you're using the official Track My Ride website or app. Some people accidentally use the wrong site or an old app.

2. Check your junk/spam folder

The password reset email might have gone to your junk or spam folder.

What to do:

  1. Check your junk/spam folder
  2. Look for an email from Track My Ride
  3. Mark it as "Not Spam" so future emails come through

3. Are you using the correct email address?

You must enter the email address you used when you created your Track My Ride account.

Important: For security reasons, our system won't tell you if the email address you entered exists or not. This protects our users' privacy.

If your email is correct: You'll receive a password reset email within 60 seconds.

Didn't receive the email?

  • Check your junk folder first
  • Try any other email addresses you use – you might have created your account with a different email
  • If you still don't receive an email and it's not in junk, then no account exists with that email address

4. Typing your new password incorrectly

When you create a new password, make sure you're typing it exactly as shown.

How to update:

  1. Open the Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)
  2. Search for "Track My Ride"
  3. If there's an update available, tap "Update"
