Update Your Payment Details

Change your credit card or direct debit information

You can change your Track My Ride payment details at any time. Only account administrators can update payment information.

 

Updating Payment Details

Step 1: Sign In

Sign in to your Track My Ride account at https://app.trackmyride.com.au.

Step 2: Navigate to Settings

Click the settings icon to open your account settings.

Step 3: Find Payment Method

Under the "PAYMENT METHOD" section, locate the "Manage payment info" link.

Step 4: Click Manage Payment Info

Click the "Manage payment info" link. A dialog box titled "Payment Method Details" will appear showing your current payment method.

Step 5: Edit Payment Method

Click "Edit Payment Method" to open the payment update form.

Step 6: Choose Payment Type

Select either "Credit card" or "Direct Debit" as your payment method.

Step 7: Enter Payment Details

Enter your payment details in the form. For credit cards, you'll need to provide first name, last name, card number, expiry date, and CVV.

Step 8: Update and Confirm

Click the "Update" button to save your new payment details and confirm the change.


Administrator Access Required

Only account administrators can update payment details. If you cannot see the "Manage payment info" link in the Payment Method section, your account does not have admin privileges. Contact your account administrator to update payment information.


Your new payment method will be used for all future billing charges. Previous invoices remain unaffected.
