Never miss important fleet data again. Schedule any Track My Ride report to automatically generate and email to you on a regular basis. Whether you need daily journey summaries, weekly productivity reports, or monthly billing data, automated scheduling saves you time and ensures consistent reporting.

Creating a scheduled report
Set up automatic report delivery in just a few clicks.
Step-by-step scheduling process
- Sign in to your Track My Ride account
- Navigate to Reports – Click the Reports icon in the sidebar
- Select your report type – Choose from available reports:
- Journeys
- Journey Summary
- Engine On/Off
- Time in Zones
- Tax Logbook
- Maintenance
- Any other available report
- Click Schedule button – Look for the blue "Schedule" button
- Configure settings – Fill in the scheduling pop-up window
- Save schedule – Click Save to activate
Understanding schedule settings
Each setting controls how and when your report is delivered.
Configuration fields explained
Vehicles
- Select specific vehicles or "All vehicles"
- Choose multiple vehicles if needed
- Determines which data is included
Email Address
- Enter one or multiple recipients
- Separate multiple addresses with commas
- Example: support@trackmyride.com.au,sales@trackmyride.com.au
Period
- Yesterday – Previous day's complete data
- Today – From midnight to scheduled hour
- Last 7 Days – Previous week
- Last 30 Days – Previous month
- Custom options vary by report
Scheduled day
- Every day – Daily delivery
- Specific weekday – Weekly delivery
- Date of month – Monthly delivery
Scheduled hour
- Time report generates and sends
- 24-hour format (09:00 = 9am)
- Based on your timezone setting
Scheduled timezone
- Ensures correct delivery time
- Usually NSW, ACT, VIC, TAS (GMT +10, DST)
- Adjust for other states as needed
Report format
- PDF – Best for archiving and printing
- Excel – For data analysis
- CSV – For database import
Report Options
- Additional filters specific to each report
- Only shown if report has options
- Example: Include stops, business hours only
Managing scheduled reports
View, modify, and delete your automated reports.
Viewing active schedules
- Go to Reports section
- Click "Scheduled Reports" tab
- Click "Load Scheduled Reports"
- See all active schedules listed
Information shown:
- Report type
- Schedule frequency
- Recipients
- Next run time
- Delete option
Modifying schedules
Important: You cannot edit existing schedules directly.
To change a schedule:
- Delete the existing schedule
- Create a new schedule with updated settings
- Verify new settings are correct
Deleting schedules
To remove a schedule:
- Load scheduled reports list
- Find the schedule to delete
- Click trash icon on the right
- Schedule stops immediately
Note: Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
