Delete Your Track My Ride Account
How to request to permanently remove your account and all data
This process permanently deletes your Track My Ride account and all associated data. This action is irreversible, and you cannot resubscribe using the same email address after deletion.
Deleting Your Account
Step 1: Sign In
Access your Track My Ride account at https://app.trackmyride.com.au or use the mobile app.
Step 2: Navigate to Settings
Click the settings icon to open your account settings.
Step 3: Open Account Tab
Click the "Account" tab at the top of the settings page.
Step 4: Scroll to Bottom
Scroll down to the bottom of the Account page.
Step 5: Click Delete Account and Data
Under the "EXTRAS" section, click "Delete Account and Data" displayed in red text.
Step 6: Confirm Deletion
Follow the prompts to confirm the account deletion. You may need to verify your identity or enter your password to complete the deletion.
Important Warnings
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data will be permanently deleted, including:
- All vehicles and tracking history
- All drivers and their records
- All alerts and notifications
- All reports and journey data
- All zones and settings
- All billing history
You cannot resubscribe to Track My Ride using the same email address after deleting your account.
If you want to stop billing without losing your data, consider deactivating your hardware trackers or cancelling your subscription instead of deleting your account. Contact Track My Ride support at https://support.trackmyride.com.au/portal/en/newticket for alternative options.
