Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time

Understanding Plan Changes
Upgrading: Takes effect immediately, instantly giving you access to the new plan's features.
Downgrading: Takes effect on your next billing date. You can continue using the features of your current plan until the end of your billing cycle. Track My Ride does not offer refunds for downgrades mid billing cycle. A downgrade is a cheaper plan or a shorter plan duration.
Legacy Plans: If Track My Ride changes its plans, you will be grandfathered (meaning you will stay with) with your current plan. You can change to a new plan, but you cannot return to your original legacy plan.
Changing Your Plan
Step 1: Sign In
Access your Track My Ride account at https://app.trackmyride.com.au or using the mobile app.
Step 2: Navigate to Settings
Click the settings icon to open your account settings.
Step 3: Open Plan Changes
In the "Billing and Subscriptions" area, click "Change subscription plan."
Step 4: Choose Billing Cycle
Choose either "Annual" or "Monthly" billing cycle. Annual plans offer a discount over monthly plans for paying a year in advance.
Step 5: Select Your Plan
Click the "Choose plan" button next to your desired plan.
Step 6: Review and Confirm
A preview of any applicable charges will be shown. If a charge is required due to changing your plan, it will be prorated into your current billing cycle. Review the charges and confirm to complete the plan change.
Your new plan takes effect immediately for upgrades or at the next billing date for downgrades.
