Cancel Your Track My Ride Subscription

Set your subscription to non-renewing status

To cancel your Track My Ride service and subscription, you need to deactivate it from your account settings. Your subscription will be marked as non-renewing and cancelled at the end of your current billing period.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Step 1: Sign In

Access your Track My Ride account at https://app.trackmyride.com.au or use the mobile app.

Step 2: Navigate to Settings

Click the settings icon to open your account settings.

Step 3: Open Cancellation

In the "Billing and Subscriptions" area, click "Deactivate and cancel my account."

Step 4: Confirm Cancellation

A confirmation dialog appears with the message:

"Your subscription(s) will be marked as non-renewing, and cancelled at the end of your current billing period.

You will be able to continue using your TMR account until your current billing period is finished. Once your account is cancelled you will not be able to access your GPS tracking data and your GPS trackers will be suspended.

You may reactivate your account in the future at any time. Would you like to continue?"

Click "Confirm" to proceed with cancellation, or "Cancel" to keep your subscription active.


What Happens After Cancellation

Your subscription is marked as non-renewing and will be cancelled at the end of your current billing period. You can continue using Track My Ride until your current billing period finishes. Once your account is cancelled, you will not be able to access your GPS tracking data and your GPS trackers will be suspended.

You may reactivate your account in the future at any time.


Refund Policy

Track My Ride does not give refunds for cancellations mid billing period per the terms and conditions. However, if your account is billed on an annual plan and has renewed within the past 7 days, contact Track My Ride support at support@trackmyride.com.au to discuss a prorated refund.
