Access and Download Your Previous Invoices
View and download your billing history
You can view and download all previously generated invoices from your Track My Ride account. Billing management is available to the primary account only. Sub accounts cannot access billing-related information.
Accessing Your Invoices
Step 1: Sign In
Access your Track My Ride account at https://app.trackmyride.com.au or use the mobile app.
Step 2: Navigate to Settings
Click the settings icon to open your account settings.
Step 3: Open Billing History
Under the "Payment Method" section, click "View and download invoices."
Step 4: Download Invoices
A popup titled "Billing history" appears showing all your previous invoices. Each invoice entry displays the plan name, amount, and date. Click the "Download" link next to any invoice to download it. If you have many invoices, click "Load More" to see older invoices.
Sub Account Access
Billing management is only available to primary account holders. If you're using a sub account, you cannot access billing-related information. Contact your primary account holder for invoice copies.
