Yes! Track My Ride is 100% Australian-owned and operated. We built our entire platform here in Australia from scratch – we don't just rebrand someone else's software. Your data is stored securely on cloud servers located in Sydney, Australia.

What warranty comes with the GPS tracker hardware?

All Track My Ride hardware comes with a 2-year warranty. Our trackers are built to industry-leading standards using high-quality components. If you have any issues, contact our support team at support@trackmyride.com.au or raise a support ticket.

Is technical support included?

Yes! Technical support is included with all Track My Ride subscriptions. Our platform is designed to be easy to use, but if you need help, our support team is here for you.
